Working with a Professional Interior Design Firm to Save Time and Money While Building Community with a Team of Professionals

Oftentimes a design firm is instrumental in keeping General Contractors on schedule, on budget, and save you from costly mistakes in the field. It is advantageous to bring in a design firm early on with the architects and property management teams to encompass a cohesive Community from the Exterior to the Interior.

You will also be taught how a design firm will select the proper finishes and furnishings for high risk, special needs populations: use fabulous-looking LVP flooring that looks like real wood to warm up the space at a fraction of the cost of tile; add architectural details and lighting that you thought you didn’t have in the budget but found it really didn’t cost as much as you thought; apply fun, fresh paint colors and accent walls to liven up the space; hang art work to give the space personality to feel at home.

Be pleasantly surprised after working with a professional Interior Design firm when you show up at the job after all of the finishes, architectural details, lighting, furnishings, art work, accessories, and faux plants are installed per the plans, and on time for your Grand opening date.  You will say to yourself – or maybe even out loud – “Wow, this was such an easy and affordable process and it looks fabulous!”
