1. COVID-19 Policies and Assumption of Risk and Waiver: Before you register, please review and agree to the SCANPH Assumption of Risk and Waiver here. ALL attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination (2 shots) + BOOSTER. No exceptions. No waivers. Don't attend the conference if you are ill, experiencing a fever or any COVID-19 symptoms, or have recently been in close contact with someone who has tested positive or been diagnosed with COVID-19. If you have recently tested positive, current CDC guidelines require five days of isolation plus five days of wearing a mask whenever in contact with others.

2. Refund Policy: No refunds after 10/7/2022; partial refunds prior to 10/7 are at the discretion of SCANPH. Any attendee who does not comply with COVID-19 policies is not eligible for a refund and will be dismissed from the premises.
