Join us for a special workshop where we will discuss how to best integrate your Communities with the team on board at early stages of development and learn what it takes to build successful communities within your projects inside and out. Starting with the architectural plans you will be shown how important it is for the CM and interior design firm to be brought in once final plans are completed. The design inside your developments can play just as much an important role as the design outside.

The workshop will show you how
to select finishes and furnishings on the interior and exterior to compliment the entire design of the community while allowing you to stay on schedule and budget. We will show how you can build your construction and design team while following a practice of effective and standard guidelines which will suit the lifestyle of the populations being served while building a sustainable user friendly community. Finally, you’ll be able to get hands on experience on materials including carpet, porcelain tile, LVP, and sheet vinyl and learn about how these new recycled, LEED certified user friendly and budget conscious resources may help your developments.
