So you think your apartment building is exercising effective risk management?  Test your knowledge and learn some new strategies with “Apartment Building Risk Management 101.”  The workshop will cover a wide array of “Most Common Hazards” found on site at a typical apartment building location and offer helpful solutions to eliminate or mitigate the risk.  Discussion will be interactive and participants will be able to weigh in on how risk management works for them out in real world.  

Basic principles of contracting with a third party vendor and confirming their insurance coverage will also be discussed so that attendees walk away with a high level understanding of essential insurance coverages and how compliance can be confirmed for vendors.

 The workshop will also provide other helpful risk management tactics to protect life safety of residents and staff while also protecting the property assets of the organization. 

 Join us to test your knowledge of risk management and learn how the claim process works in order to better protect your overall loss experience and potentially save on insurance premiums.  Additional time will be allotted for question and answer at the end of the presentation.
