Coalition for a Just LA
Convening in Support of Policies to Make the County more Safe, Healthy & Equitable.
In this convening we will learn from the experiences and hopes of people and organizations from around the county as well as share our own. We will also demonstrate our readiness to work in partnership with County leaders to create a Los Angeles where everyone has access to a decent home, decent food, decent healthcare, decent transit, and a decent chance.

Transit: The LA County Hall of Administration is across the Grand Park from the Civic Center/Grand Park Station on the Metro Red Line. You can see a map of the stop, which also shows the Hall of Administration: http://media.metro.net/riding_metro/maps/images/red_civic_center.pdf
Parking: The closest parking (but somewhat pricey) is in the Cathedral of Our Lady of Angels on Temple St., or the Music Center of LA County on Grand Avenue.
There may also be less expensive parking at the lot on First and Olive, across from Disney Hall, but that is sometimes reserved for juror parking.

There is a slight chance we may be able to secure lower-cost parking for people who register for this event, but we don’t have that available now. If this happens, we will let registrants know via email, as well as post it on this site.
Coalition for a Just LA currently includes SCANPH, LA Voice, CSH, United Way of Greater Los Angeles, Valley Beth Shalom, Move LA, Jewish Family Service, Community Corp. of Santa Monica, LA Family Housing, A Community of Friends, Stephen Wise Temple, Hollywood Community Housing Corp., Church of the Blessed Sacrament, IKAR, and Home for Good.
