Southern California TCAC and CDLAC Los Angeles Regional Meeting

The Southern California Association of Nonprofit Housing (SCANPH) in partnership with California State Treasurer John Chiang's Office and regional partners HOME in Ventura County and the San Bernardino Housing Collaborative of the Inland Empire, will be hosting TCAC and CDLAC regional meetings.

Mark Stivers, Executive Director of the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) and Jeree Glasser-Hedrick, Executive Director of the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee (CDLAC) will be in attendance to seek input from affordable home stakeholders regarding how the use of the Treasurer's tax-exempt bond and low-income housing tax credit programs can be optimized.

Bring your comments about the TCAC and the CDLAC programs. The State Treasurer's office will perform a full review of these programs and will consider incorporating public input on how to re-boot the programs for the 2016 program year.
