As the nonprofit housing community matures and its leaders retire, succession planning becomes critically important. This workshop will address several key issues in this planning process including:

·When to begin the success planning process
·How to make a successful, seamless leadership transition
·How to create an effective exit strategy
·What are the fiduciary obligations of a nonprofit board

There is a small $10 registration fee to cover the costs of this workshop for SCANPH members ($25 for non-SCANPH members). There is also a special reduced rate of $10 for special guests (code required). Reduced parking rate of $13/daily in the parking structure is also available with validation at the workshop.
