Merritt Community Capital Corp. was formed in 1989 to provide equity capital to housing developments serving low-income residents throughout California. Through its investments, Merritt workd to increase the organizational campacity of nonprofit housing developers and to spur the revitalization of low income and minority communities. Merritt invests in a range of developments form multifamily housing developments to SROs. Merritt offers competitive returns through Low Income Housing Tax Credits while addressing California's affordable housing needs.
