Description
Established in 1984, American Family Housing (AFH) provides affordable housing, permanent supportive housing, and supportive services to over 1,000 women, men, and children each year. AFH’s services help vulnerable populations recover from the long-term effects of homelessness. In addition to the continuum of housing offered, AFH’s services target at-risk populations, such as veterans, families with a disabled household member, and vulnerable adults with barriers to housing stability, such as mental illness.
American Family Housing operates over 300 units of housing in 63 sites located in Orange, Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties.
